Re-Certification

EETC Certification lasts for three years. Technicians must then be re-certified. Re-certification is vital because the technology is changing so quickly and skilled technicians need to be up to date.

To be re-certified, you can either continue your education or retake the certification test. Find your nearest Certification Center and determine the dates and times you need to take the test.

Then complete this re-certification form. Also, if you would like the current study materials for these courses, you can download this form, as well.

To send the form to OPEESA, you have the option to:

print out and mail the form, along with a check, to OPEESA, 37 Pratt Street, Essex, CT 06426-1159, or
print out the form, fill it in completely, including the credit card information, and fax it to 860-767-7932.
